Liz martinez of Playa and the clinic of angelnotion has taken these children to heart and has raised 8,000.00 in less than a week, We only need 2000.00 to get Edgar to San antonio Texas to Dr. Jorge Salazar and Dr. Lee Porisch at the Sant Rosa Cristus childrens hospital. The children will be flying American Airlines and staying at The Ronald Mc Donald house of San Antonio. We need you to take these children to heart and assist us in saving lives. Jan 2006 - 500 people were assisted with Vermonts Dorthy Malone Rising Diabetes Mission Felipe Carrillo Puerto Quintana Roo, Mexico

Dorthy Malone Rising and 5 other team members from Vermont came to Playa to work with angel notion in diganosing and treating diabetes.

We saw 500 people in the state of Quintana Roo, Playa, Cozumel and Felipe carillo puerto and found 25% of the people were either pre-diabetes or in full diabetes. The people with full diabetes had missing toes, limbs and was obvious they didnt have information regarding their disease.
We gave them nutricial information, medical consultants and gave them devices to keep track of their levels of glucosa training them to handle their disease at home Vs waiting til they are missing limbs.
Our missions are managed by local volunteers and donations, we need more assistance in every way. Please send a donation to our missions. Making a difference!

Patrica Cary speech pathologist 5th year with angel Notion

Patricia Cary and her husband Patrick: have returned to playa to celebrate her 5th year working with Angel notion and the Centro de atencion multiple. Patricias specialty is Speech Pathology. We Have started a program for parents who have disabled children, Patricia has volunteered time to go to the school and assit the parents in learning new ways of teaching their children to communicate. Patricia has spent time in the clinic of angelnotion diagnosing other children in the community of playa with speech problems.

Christmas 2005 gifts for 17k children

Christmas happened for more than 17k children thanks to all of you who donated at the Tequilla Barrel on the 5th with the Playa del Carmen FireDept and Bombero Brian. We gave bags of staples (food), and toys, school supplies.
Thank you to all who played a part of this important mission!
The community of Paamul was involved in sponsoring children and brought a caravan of 8 vehicles to deliver the gifts with santa on December 23rd.

Carlitos Now 7 Years Well

The reason for Angel Notion's beginning is Carlitos. He was a very sick baby ready to leave this world because of heart problems. Angel Notion was formed and with many generous donations we were able provide heart surgery for this baby.

Carlitos now has just turned 7 years old and is a happy healthy boy. You may remember Carlitos as his photo was on the cover of our older website. He was being carried on the shoulders of Angel Notion, President Lavonna Redman.
