Corazon de Jesus


Corazon de jesus is her name she is only 14 she has suffered Wolf parkinsons white which affects her heart beat, she faints , she is unable to function like a 14 year old, she has waited this many years to have her life saved. We were able to send her to the top cardiologist in Mexico City,
We succeeded in saving her life today! Her surgical procedure went perfect and the Doctor has predicted she will now have a normal life. I personally want to dance and sing!!! Celebrating yet a another life give to our Angelnotion KIDs!@#$%^&*()





Pediatric Cardiology Evaluation for: Corazon de Jesus Yam Romero
DOB: 12/May/94 Date of Exam: 09 Nov 07 Site: Playa
History: 6/95 first symptoms, more frequent after phys activity. While on oral amioderone in 6/06 pt had “racing heart” for 3 days, in hospital, given IV amioderone., heart beat 260, other symptoms throat compressing and felt dizzy. (No records available for this visit.) 11/06 holter done on medicine. No sxs during holter. Pt has frequent “skipped beats.”

PMHX and FMHX: o/w healthy.
Medications: last 3 years 200 mg Amioderone

P: 77 RR: BP: SaO2: 100% Wt. 63kg
.Quiet precordium. Nl S1 and S2. No murmur. GEN: HEART:
HEENT:
LUNGS: CTA
ABD: No HSM
EXT: Pulses + B in U and LE.

ECHO: Very limited views.
Situs: Normal.
Systemic and PulmonaryVeins:
Atrial Septum:
Ventricular Septum: Round septum. Normal biventricular size and good biventricular function.
Pulmonary Valve / Artery:
Mitral Valve: Nl
Tricuspid Valve: Probably Nl. No Ebstien’s

Impression: 1. Holter shows intermittent WPW. Three episodes of SVT with sxs. No episodes since 6/06.

Recommendation: 1. Would be helpful to have 12 lead EKG and any recordings of heart rhythm when in SVT. Dr. Bush in San Antonio (pediatric electrophysiologist) recommends changing patient to atenolol or other B-blocker and stopping amioderone because of the long term side effects. Could possibly have ablation in Mexico.

Alex receives a new wheel chair
