The reason for Angel Notion's beginning is Carlitos. He was a very sick baby ready to leave this world because of heart problems. Angel Notion was formed and with many generous donations we were able provide heart surgery for this baby.Carlitos now has just turned 7 years old and is a happy healthy boy. You may remember Carlitos as his photo was on the cover of our older website. He was being carried on the shoulders of Angel Notion, President Lavonna Redman.
